S and L set about finding a unique venue to celebrate their love in a non-traditional wedding. With a previous visit to Seville, it was their ideal choice. And so, when they found Restaurante Casa Manolo León, they knew it was the place for their celebrant-led wedding. Urban Seville is perfect for micro weddings with venues like Hotel Alfonso III, for example, but that wasn´t the vibe they sought.
Situated in Calle Guadalvivir, Restaurante Casa Manolo León is close to the heart of the city whilst feeling like a secret gem full of Andalusian charm. As such, the ceremony space within the courtyard was instantly appealing with a strong connection to nature. Flowers and vines juxtaposed with a wall adorned with colourful plates add to the eclectic mix. And with the addition of vibrant green lamps and vintage-style furniture, the result is like instantly stepping into a book of fairytales. I was personally won over by the decoration, exactly my style, and even my glasses matched!

The impression I got about the ceremony style throughout my journey with S & L was an intimate affair, nothing over-polished. S and L´s micro wedding enabled them to be with their biggest fans, travelling from different parts of the world. For this reason, the organic atmosphere within the restaurant was exactly what they had both hoped for.
Casa Manolo León´s space is tranquil and vibrant, mirroring the great energy of the guests attending. And although we were inside, the design of the courtyard felt like being outside amongst nature. Furthermore, the layout lends itself perfectly for a micro wedding space. There´s space for the ceremony, a bar space for post-ceremony drinks and dining space, for example.

I describe my ceremonies as a rewind to your first moments and a fast forward to your wedding day. S and L´s ceremony was authentic, highly personal, charting their journey to marriage and aspirations for the future. Furthermore, the participation of friends and family who shared readings added an additional unique touch.
