Your discovery call is a complimentary video call without a fee. It´s a chance for us to get to know one another and for me to learn more about you, your story and your aspirations for your wedding and your future. It´s a chance for me to show you how I can help you, create a day with memories that last a lifetime.  Furthermore, it´s also a chance for you to get to know a bit about me and for us to feel whether we are right for each other. 

I´ll discuss the services that I offer and the price of those services in respect of your wedding ceremony, (if you haven´t already had a quote).  If you´re happy with everything and would like to go ahead I´ll explain the next steps of how to secure your date in my diary.

I realise that your time is important to you so, we can arrange to speak by Zoom, WhatsApp or other method, whichever is easiest for you and at a time that´s convenient for you.

Once you have given me the Yes!!  A 50% booking fee secures your date in my diary and we can start working together to create your special day.  After which, I will not accept any other weddings on your date. 

Upon receipt of your booking fee, I´ll send you a wedding agreement so we all know what we expect of each other.  I´ll also confirm your date as secured in my diary and confirm next steps.  Throughout our journey together, I´ll let you know what´s needed and when, so you can stay in control and plan without the stress.

I offer bespoke elopement and wedding ceremonies with or without a symbolic ritual.  In addition, I can write and officiate a bilingual ceremony in English and Spanish in Spain, Lisbon and the UK. My bilingual ceremonies are not a full translation of the ceremony in one language and then the other.  Instead, picture it as fusing two languages; as a bilingual celebrant, my skill is in weaving in and out of both languages during the ceremony.  I do this in a way that allows everyone to understand your journey and what's happening in the ceremony in their preferred language, so they can be fully present throughout!

I am based in Malaga City, but I cover other areas of Spain, Lisbon and the UK by request.  I will consider any area that is the right location for you.  However, I do charge for travel, accommodation and meal allowance outside of Malaga city, and I will discuss any additional costs with you at the start.

Pick a location that has sentimental meaning for you both when organising you´re engagement proposal. It could be the restaurant where you first met that holds special memories. Or a place that simply has great food that you both love, or where you had the best holiday.  It really depends on your love of shared experiences and goals.  If proposing in another city or country fits in with your lust for travel, then this could be the best option for you.  The key is to speak from the heart and plan.  Best wishes, I´ve got my fingers crossed for you.

This varies depending on where you have chosen to celebrate your wedding.  

Legally marrying in Spain can be complex, with requirements for residency and other requirements that need to be satisfied, and it can also take several months, even if you do meet the criteria.  As such, most couples celebrating their wedding in Spain choose to legally marry in the place where they are usually resident.

Legally marrying in Gibraltar could be an option if you meet the requirements, and you can then cross the border into Spain to celebrate your wedding!

The good thing about having a celebrant wedding is that there are no limits to where you can celebrate your wedding. It could be an elopement, micro or spontaneous wedding on the beach, in your specially chosen venue. Really, the choice is yours. 

I´m an Independent Celebrant, not restricted to where I can officiate your wedding and what I can include.  I have decades of experience supporting individuals within the UK charity sector, working with vulnerable people and those in crisis situations to help them achieve their aspirations.  Having listened and interpreted their stories of love, life and loss to others, as well as my own personal vault of life experiences, I have the compassion and skills to write your love story in a way that has the most meaning to you.

I am passionate about people, so helping, motivating and supporting people comes naturally to me.  I love to take your journey and create a memorable ceremony with colourful metaphors that truly reflect you.  I´d love to share this with you as you plan your celebrant-led ceremony and be with you on your special day.  M xxx

You can find my fees for my core services on my home page.  However, as all my couples are unique, sometimes they have very specific requests.  So, if you haven´t seen what you´re looking for, I´m happy to discuss your individual needs. 

Travel within 1 hour of my base in Malaga city centre is included in the fee.  For other locations, travel fees, accommodation, and a meal allowance may be applicable and are usually added to your final payment.  We can discuss any specific needs during our contact.

This depends on your specific needs.  I have designed my bespoke ceremonies and costs to include support from the moment you have formalised your booking up to and including your special day.  But there may be additional costs in respect of travel and basic overnight accommodation, depending on the location and time of your ceremony, i.e. outside Malaga or in another country.  You might also wish me to offer other celebrant-related services, like a rehearsal or to write your vows, so I´ll discuss your specific needs before your booking.
